About Sesame Hôtellerie

As a center approved by the Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training, we register all our learners for the national examination organized by the ministry, leading to the Professional Qualification Diploma (DQP).

Our mission

Provide Cameroonian youth with excellent, hands-on training in a wide range of hospitality careers: cooking, dining service, bar, decoration, bakery & pastry, fruit carving, and more.

Practical information — Polyvalent professional training 2026/2027

The key details from the official information sheet are summarized here so parents and applicants can decide quickly.

Training fees

  • Total amount: 499,900 FCFA.
  • At registration: 224,900 FCFA, including registration, insurance, APS and the 1st installment.
  • Next installments: 75,000 FCFA in November, 75,000 FCFA in December, 75,000 FCFA in January, then 50,000 FCFA in February.
  • Payment method: cash payments at the campuses.
Benefit: if registration, APS and the 1st installment are paid, the kitchen uniform is offered.

Duration, level and certificate

  • Duration: 09 months of classes + 03 months of company internship.
  • Required level: CEP, BEPC, Probatoire or higher, all streams accepted.
  • Certificate: national exam supervised by MINEFOP for the DQP.
  • Professional intake: October.

Outfits and practical work

  • Men’s class outfit: jacket, trousers, royal-blue tie, orange shirt.
  • Women’s class outfit: jacket, straight skirt, royal-blue tie, orange shirt.
  • Ceremony outfit: black and white, with black bow tie.
  • Practical work: chef jacket, apron, toque, houndstooth trousers, polo and small kitchen tools.
  • Practical equipment: 30,000 FCFA.
