Privacy policy

This policy explains what information is collected on this site, why, and how it is used — notably when submitting a registration or information request.

Data collected

The pre-registration form may collect: full name, WhatsApp phone number, age, status, education level, city or district, chosen training, preferred campus, availability and a free-text message. This information is entered by the applicant or, for the Useful Holidays program, by the parent or guardian of a minor aged 8 to 18.

How this data is transmitted

The form automatically drafts a WhatsApp message that the person reviews and sends themselves through the WhatsApp application, if they choose to. From that point, the conversation is hosted by WhatsApp (Meta) and subject to that service's own privacy policy, over which Sesame Hôtellerie has no direct control.

In addition, a summary of the same request is sent to the site's server and to the admissions team by email, so that an applicant can be followed up with even if they did not finish sending the WhatsApp message. This copy is kept in a protected file, not publicly accessible, and is only used for admissions follow-up.

Minors (Useful Holidays program)

When a request concerns a minor aged 8 to 18, the information must be provided by a parent or legal guardian, who remains responsible for its accuracy and submission. Sesame Hôtellerie only uses this information to organize the session and communicate with the legal representative.

Purpose of processing

Information submitted is used exclusively to process the registration or information request, guide the applicant to the right program and campus, and follow up accordingly.

Retention

WhatsApp exchanges are kept by the admissions team for as long as needed to process the file, then archived or deleted according to Sesame Hôtellerie's internal needs.

Audience measurement (cookies and Google Analytics)

This site uses Google Analytics to measure traffic and improve the content offered. Visitor IP addresses are anonymized. This measurement does not allow personal identification of a visitor who does not fill in the contact form.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have submitted via WhatsApp or email, by writing to direction@sesamehotellerie.com.
